Initial Consultation

Before undertaking a search assignment, we meet  with your senior management to conduct an extensive and thorough consultation. This enables us to grasp and determine your requirements and specifications, as well as achieve an in-depth understanding of your organizational relationships and culture. We totally believe that identifying all qualities and characteristics are critical to the candidate's success.

Research/Candidate Targeting

We create original, customized research, identifying sources and prospects and develop a list of organizations where qualified candidates are likely to be found. An extensive list of potential candidates is collected through our personal networks, databases of individuals, organizations and other trusted sources - collected, tracked, and continually updated.

We analyze our candidates through previous project contact and references before we submit them to a client. We try to manage the transition from candidate to new employee or contractor as smoothly as possible knowing that our best recommendation is a satisfied client and candidate who will work with us again in the future.
